Genesis is the number one provider of Birth / Death Registration Software in the United States of America, serving over 20 states.

Genesis specializes in developing Vital Records Applications, including Birth, Death, Marriage, Divorce and Point of Sale Fee and Issuance enterprise level systems primarily for its governmental customers. Genesis also supplies hospital wide solutions to large Health Care Facilities. Genesis, working in connection with Mahakh Medical Systems, Pvt. Ltd assure well engineered high IT quality products for governmental entities.

Mahakh Medical maintains a registered office at Pune and a Branch office at Gurgaon, altogether 35 employees are working on different projects under US Supervisors

The Company was founded by Mr. Richard J Huber, CPA (CEO and controlling shareholder of Genesis Systems Inc..) in Pune, Maharastra (The Registered office) on 2nd of April 2007 and later expanded to Gurgaon, Haryana as a Branch office in Oct 2007. Mr. Huber is in active control of all facets of operation of Mahakh Medical Systems, Inc. and has developed an environment wherein both US and Indian staff interact on a daily basis to the benefit of Genesis’s customers.

Primarily specializing in .Net, Genesis and Mahakh also maintain resources to develop in a variety of IT technologies and databases. Through Mahakh, Genesis is able to assure sufficient resources to Research and Develop in the latest technologies, including AJAX.
